The steel beams with the hardwood floors are topped by vintage furniture creating a unique living experience. This unit is on the ground level at the back of the building with a private patio and a Hammock.
House Rules
House Rules • Smoking is only permitted on the Rooftop Terrace with the glass door fully closed at all times. • Please always close the inner security door behind you before opening the main entrance and viceversa, even when receiving deliveries or visitors. One of the two doors must remain fully closed at all times for security. • Keys must be returned to the key box at checkout. Staff does not have access to the code. Lost or unreturned keys incur a USD $100 replacement fee, and it may take up to 24 hours to get new keys. • Out of respect for other guests, please keep noise to a minimum after 11:11 p.m., including voices, steps, and electronic devices. ⸻ Airbnb Guest Verification Requirements: • All guests must have their Identity Verified on their Airbnb profile. To do this, click on your Profile Picture > Edit > Government ID to upload a photo of your passport. • If you’re traveling with additional guests, please share your booking details so they can add their Airbnb profile to your booking and ensure they are also in the conversation. • Third-party bookings are not permitted—each guest must book from their own Airbnb account.
